Should we workout on an empty stomach or otherwise? If otherwise then what is the right amount of food to be consumed before exercising? Liquids should be consumed or food? Is there natural food that fuels our workout?
Well, all these questions pop up in our minds when we begin to work out. Research says that exercising on an empty stomach reduces our metabolism. Our body on an empty stomach breaks the amino acids and converts them into glucose, thereby burning an almost negligent amount of fat. We might even end up tearing our muscle tissues.
