Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, banana, gluten-free baking powder, coconut flakes, coconut oil, eggs, rice malt syrup, salt, and turmeric.

Quantity Ratio Of The Ingredients:

  •  2 cups of almond meal
  • ½ cup of walnuts, flaked almonds, and pumpkin seeds each.
  • ¼ quarter cup of sunflower seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
  • ¼ of a cup of coconut flakes
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 90 g of butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 banana mashed (small)

It is a gluten-free recipe. This loaf contains a nourishing combination of nuts, seeds, and turmeric!

Step 1: Preheating 

Preheat the oven to 170゚ C and line a 12″ loaf tin with baking paper

Step 2: Dry Mixture

Mix the almond meal, nuts seeds, salt, turmeric, baking powder, and coconut flakes in a large bowl.

Step 3: Wet mixture

Now, whisk together the remaining ingredients i.e. eggs, rice malt syrup, coconut oil, and mashed banana.

Step 4: Combine the two mixture

Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix until well combined.

Step 5: Baking

Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 6: Serve

Let the loaf cool in the tin before slicing.

Garnish the loaf with coconut flakes (optional). it can be served with any preferred dip or chutney.
